About HookBook

HookBook is a fishing memory and logbook app — log your catches (by voice with Gilly, or by hand), and turn them into shareable Catch Cards, Memory Books, and a season Wrapped.

Billing questions or an unrecognized charge?

HookBook subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe, and charges appear on your statement as GETHOOKBOOK.COM. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, or want to dispute an unauthorized transaction, email support@hookbook.ai — a real person will investigate and make it right, including a refund when a charge wasn’t authorized. You can update your card, switch plans, or cancel anytime from Premium → Manage billing in the app.

Deleting your HookBook data

You’re always in control of what HookBook keeps:

• Delete a catch or photo — open the catch in your logbook, choose Edit, and delete it. The entry, its photos, and its location pin are removed immediately.
• Delete your entire account — go to Profile and choose delete account. Everything is permanently removed: your catches, photos, map pins, memory books, and profile. There is no retention period; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
• Prefer to ask us? Email support@hookbook.ai from your account email and we’ll handle any deletion request for you.
